One of the UK’s leading software developers currently has an urgent requirement for multilingual Customer Support Executive / Technical Support agent / Customer Service Executive to fill this integral role as a :
*Multilingual Support Advisor*
*£17,000 - £19,000 (Negotiable)*
*Location: Nottinghamshire*
Joining the newly formed European Team, you will offer product information and overall support to clients in both France and Germany. You will be tasked with providing technical advice and support, maintaining/updating customer records, identifying customer problems and resolving customer issues.
Naturally, this role requires superb customer service skills and the ability to confidently communicate in both French and German.
If you have a background in Technical support or previous work experience in a multilingual contact centre environment, you application is of particular interest.
