Our client, a leading on line company specialising in the entertainment sector is currently recruiting for a Customer Support Executive with fluency in Russian PLUS German AND French OR Spanish.

The role will involve assisting with various computer-based administrative tasks, from sending emails and answering phone calls. Your work will require using Microsoft Office (especially Word and Outlook) and in-house software tools.

• Strong sense of integrity

Essential Experience / Skills:
• Some professional experience strongly preferred
• Must be comfortable with standard office software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and be a quick study on new software tools
• Must be comfortable with over-the-phone customer service

It is essential that you are FLUENT in the above mentioned languages.
