My client is looking for German, French, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, Swedish, Dutch, Arabic, Hebrew, Polish, Russian, Slovak, Czech speakers for Customer Service and Technical Support roles. The company is working alongside with global organisations and is based in Northern Ireland.

In order to deliver in these roles you will have good written and oral language skills, previous experience in customer service, sales, market research, telemarketing etc and/or a university degree. You will be confident and articulate, possess excellent time management skills and have good IT skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers via telephone, email and chat;
• Single point of contact for the customer for all service related issues;
• Analyze problems and provide updates to Customers, Support Engineers and Development Operations team to meet customer needs;
• Report both service issues and customer suggestions;
• Proactively document known issues, issue reports and readiness for both internal and customer consumption;
• Ability to effectively work with senior technical staff as well as development teams.

Key Skills:
• Troubleshooting experience preferred;
• Technical support experience preferred;
• Be a team player but able to perform tasks independently;
• Keen to learn and develop new skills;
• Ability to multitask, plan and prioritise workload;
• Strong IT skills and confident in ability to browse Internet
• Fluency in one of the following languages:
o Norwegian
o French
o German
o Finnish
o Danish
o Dutch
o Arabic
o Swedish
o Hebrew
o Polish
o Russian
o Slovak
o Czech
