The Company:
We currently have a great opportunity within a young, international and fast growing e-commerce company in Central London.

The Role:
You will be providing Multilingual Customer Support within a fun and fast paced working environment allowing you to utilise your skills and enhance current skills working within a thriving forward thinking company.


Your duties will require an excellent level of customer support - organisation and the ability to prioritise. You will be responsible for processing orders by telephone, fax and email. You will be providing outstanding customer support to new and existing customers and being highly proactive when dealing with customer retention.

The Person:
This role requires an individual who has a strong Customer Service focus as well as being organised and able to use their own initiative.
You must speak BOTH Spanish and Italian to native level fluency. If you also speak another European language then this would be very beneficial to our Client.

This is an exciting and challenging role in a fast paced and rewarding environment.

For this position you must have a can do attitude, great people skills and the ability to liaise at all levels.
