The Company:
We currently have an exciting opportunity within an international and fast growing company who pride themselves on delivering an outstanding service to their customers. With a strong client base mainly from the IT and Technology sector my client are in the process of setting up their new office in London and are therefore looking for strong individuals to join their team. They are a member of the Globalization and Localization Association.
The Role:
You will be translating documents within a fun and fast paced working environment allowing you to utilise your skills and enhance current skills working within a thriving forward thinking company.
You will be responsible for the translation of important documents, such as Software resource files, digital documentation, printed documentation and others. A good level of PC knowledge and experience in translation is an advantage. You will be producing outstanding translations within given timeframes therefore commitment to the task in hand is required. A great attention to detail is also required and the ability to work under pressure.
The Person:
This role requires an individual who is a native Danish or Norwegian speaker with an educational background in Translation or Modern Languages. Preferably, candidates should have at least 1 year’s translation experience with good knowledge of translation tools such as Trados, SDLX and Idiom. Additionally being organised, hardworking with the ability to use your own initiative is also required.
For this position you must have a can do attitude, great people skills and the ability to liaise at all levels.
