The Company:
Oak Tree Recruitment are expanding and looking for a motivated, ambitious and hardworking Resourcer to join their team.
The Role:
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, sourcing and attracting high quality candidates for both current and future roles as well as creating and maintaining excellent ongoing relationships with potential candidates at all levels.
Skills/Experience required for the role of Recruitment Resourcer:
• Previous experience of sourcing or recruiting as either a Researcher, Consultant or Recruiting administrator
• Proven performance in identification of key talent via advanced research techniques and other technology-based resources is critical to success.
• Excellent level of Customer and Candidate Service
• Strong planning & organising skills, coupled with flexibility and initiative
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
•Sound judgement and decision making
The Person:
This role requires an individual who has a strong ambition to learn and develop within a small but growing organisation. You will be pro-active and keen on using your initiative to secure partnerships with candidates to maximise their success with clients. Multitasking is key as you will switch from project to project at often very short notice. You must also be able to work under pressure, to deadlines and to targets. A positive attitude is key for this role.
