Russian speaking Sales Executive
The Company:
Our client has been organizing high-calibre international conferences for many years . They are an established, highly recognised, successful company. Our client specialises in producing senior-level annual events, focusing on a wide range of industry sectors and business activities in Russia and the countries of the CIS.
The Role:
To build and develop long-standing business relationships with delegates who attend our events.

• To communicate to potential delegates the benefits of attending our events so as to demonstrate their business potential.
• Negotiating with senior decision makers participation at conferences and selling to them delegate places
• Negotiation of financial packages for additional delegates from sponsors and customers
• Attend regular briefing meetings to gain an update on all courses held
• Prepare monthly sales reports

The Person:
This role requires an individual who has a proven sales background. You must be focused, organised and able to use initiative.
• The successful candidate must be fluent in both Russian and English languages and must be able to communicate fluently in spoken and written form.
• The successful candidate will be educated to a degree level or equivalent
• The candidate will have at least 6 months experience in a sales position
• Advanced proficiency in both MS Word and Excel is required
• The successful candidate will be highly motivated and will have proved themselves to be an excellent communicator who can identify customer's needs, deliver a high level of customer service whilst maximising the sales opportunity.
• The candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills and have attention to detail.
• Friendly and approachable disposition would be an advantage, as there is a vast amount of client interaction with this role.
