The Company:
We have exciting and challenging positions available - within a fast paced travel and tourism environment. The company work with clients throughout the world offering their products and services. This is a hugely successful and recognised company.
The Role:
In these dynamic and rewarding travel related roles, we are requiring fluency in both French and English written and spoken. You will be self motivated and prioritised. You will have a thirst to succeed and progress.
For both positions you must have a minimum of 2 / 3 years travel experience dealing with group bookings and /or client accounts and operations.
Other responsibilities will include:
Introducing new clients and cover all aspects of their accounts.
Dealing with customers and clients using a high level of customer service.
The ability to sell products and reach targets.
A good understanding of the travel industry.
The Person:
This role requires an individual who has a strong Customer Service focus as well as being organised and able to use their own initiative.
You must speak French native level and fluent English. The ability to liaise with all levels of the business. Excellent telephone manner with an efficient approach to tasks and deadlines. You will be looking to grow your career within the travel industry, work well within a team and individually.
