Japanese Co-ordination Executive - Evening Shifts

The Role:
In this dynamic and rewarding position requiring a native Japanese Co-ordination Executive - you will be self motivated and prioritised. Working with fluency in written and spoken Japanese, you will have a thirst to succeed and progress.
As a Co-ordination Executive you are responsible for high level dedicated - customer support to ensure there is customer satisfaction throughout. You will be required to provide efficient solutions for all necessary situations that may arise. You will be expected to provide sales support helping to maintain existing customer relationships – to function as a PR agent and to promote all business - present and future. Co-ordinators are the first point of contact in assisting all customer related situations.

The Person:
This role requires an individual who has a strong Customer Service focus as well as being organised and able to use their own initiative. You must speak Japanese as a native level fluent language. The ability to liaise with all levels of the business. Excellent telephone manner and a calm but efficient approach in any emergency situations.
