The Company:
Is a fast growing global conferencing organisation.

The Role:
You will be working as part of the multilingual European Customer Service team. Your duties will include
providing a high level of customer service, troubleshooting and technical support. You will be responsible for maintaining strong business relationships with customers. Your main objective is to ensure client issues are seen through to resolution, within Service Level Agreements (SLA’S).

The Person:
You must hold excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. You must be disciplined and capable of working to strict time constraints whilst always remaining focused. A team player is needed for this role as you must have the ability to multitask and possess a flexible/adaptable approach.

You should have at least 1 year’s customer service experience.

You must speak either Italian or German fluently – with a flawless command of spoken and written English.
