Our client, a large and leading company in their respected sector is looking for a French speaking Customer Care Representative with SAP experience.

The position is based in Kent and starts off temporary (long term) with the view to go in permanent.

For this role it is required to be fluent to native level French and English, have experience with SAP and excellent customer service skills, pay attention to detail and have the ability to work under pressure.

Your main responsibilities are:
- deliver the highest standard of customer care over the phone and via email
- deal with product orders
- provide overall internal account management
- facilitating a central link between the client, Operations and Sales Team in order to ensure the client's needs are met in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
