We are currently supporting a popular gaming company in their search for a Russian Speaking Quality Assurance Specialist. The main purpose of the role is to help the Contact Centre team in delivering an excellent standard of customer service through monitoring calls/emails and delivering feedback and coaching. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri.
Monitor calls and emails and provide data to internal teams
Provide feedback and coaching support to Area Managers
Provide feedback to staff to help improve performance
Liaise with HR where necessary to deliver training interventions
Fluent in Russian and English (Spoken and written)
