Call Centre Quality Assurance – Russian Speaking

We are currently supporting a popular gaming company in their search for a Russian Speaking Quality Assurance Specialist. The main purpose of the role is to help the Contact Centre team in delivering an excellent standard of customer service through monitoring calls/emails and delivering feedback and coaching. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri.

 

Key responsibilities:
  • Monitor calls and emails and provide data to internal teams
  • Provide feedback and coaching support to Area Managers
  • Provide feedback to staff to help improve performance
  • Liaise with HR where necessary to deliver training interventions
 

Key requirements:
  • Fluent in Russian and English (Spoken and written)
  • Previous experience monitoring calls and emails
  • Experience delivering training/coaching sessions
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills
  • Experience using MS Office
  • A strong interest in gaming
