Dutch Customer Service Advisor - £17,466

A well-established insurance company based in the heart of Bristol are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team. The office is in a central location with easy access to public transport links.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries/claims and ensuring an excellent standard of service. To be successful for this position, you will need to be fluent in Dutch to business level.


Key responsibilities:
  • Answer customer calls and respond to emails
  • Investigate claims and verify insurance details
  • Arrange for repair/replacement of equipment 
  • Administration duties
  • Translate documents
  • Resolve customer complaints

The successful candidate will ideally have:
  • Experience in a similar customer service or claims role
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Dutch fluently
  • Excellent attention to detail
