German and French speaking Customer Service Administrator

Full Time Monday to Friday 08.30am - 5.00pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi lingual Administrator to join a well established company.

International Sales Administrator
In this role, you will be playing a key part in the Sales process. Administering orders received from French and German customers and to assist the international sales team both in the UK and elsewhere in Europe.

Key duties to include:
Processing, monitoring and progressing of orders
Liaising with international account managers and building good relationships with key customers and commercial agents
Working closely with other departments, tracking progress of orders and keeping the customer informed Providing assistance to general enquiries
Providing a high standard of customer service to customers at all time.

Fluent level of German, French and English is required.
Some previous Administration or office based customer care experience is essential
Good It skills, particularly with full Microsoft Office Suite

This will be a full-time position working from Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 5.00pm.
