Job Description

A leading outsourced customer service company are recruiting for German Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join their friendly team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries related to finance and banking on the phone and via email. This is an excellent opportunity to join a sociable, close-knit team and gain some experience in a contact centre environment.


Key responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Manage emails
- Handle customer queries such as missed payments, billing questions, customer account changes
- Tracking Payments
- Updating the computer systems
- Working to achievable KPIs


Key requirements:
- Fluent in German (verbal and written)
- Experience in a Customer Service role
- Clear, concise communication
- Effective listening skills
- Good keyboard typing skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to multi task
- Able to work 1 in 4 Saturdays
