26,000 - 30,000 per annum plus benefits
Oaktree recruitment are working with a well established Information Services organisation to help find a new German Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their team.
The German Speaking Online Customer Support (CAS) provides technical support assistance to internal and external customers. Using various problem solving skills, the CAS identifies solutions, and drives issues to resolution.
The successful candidate will possess the following;
Understanding of supporting online products and/or computers
Fluent in both English and German at a technical level
Strong customer service focus
Problem solver and able to use own initiative
Responsive and quick to learn
Previous Customer Service experience is preferred
Salary and Benefits
£26-30,000 annual salary, depending on experience
Work place pension scheme (after 3 months )
Childcare Vouchers (after successful completion of probation period)
37.5 hours per week worked Monday-Friday 7.5 hours per day.
