German Speaking Shipping Admin - Southampton - Up to £24k

Job Description

A leading shipping and vehicle logistics company are recruiting for a German Speaking Import and Transhipment co-ordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all activities within Import and Transhipment processes.


Key responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Account Managers, Legal Trade teams and customers
  • Update systems with relevant information
  • Send out notices of Arrival
  • Issue invoices
  • Respond to customer feedback/complaints
  • General administration duties


Key requirements:
  • MS Office – i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience in a similar role working to strict timelines
  • Fluent in German (both verbal and written)
  • Good English language skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working to targets
