Oak Tree Recruitment are working with a world renowned organisation to recruit for a Fluent Japanese Speaking Administrator with experience of supporting a HR team. This is an exciting permanent job opportunity to work at the companies offices based in Aldgate East, London.

The main job purpose: To Support HR team with HR general administration. To undertake specific programs, projects and research as determined by the HR Manager.

Key tasks of this Japanese Speaking HR Administration role

  • Overseeing of UK Visas and Immigration Administration for expatriates from Japan including Expatriate moving, Expatriate support for arrival/daily/departure and UK VISAs for expatriates
  • Recruitment and inductions
  • Payroll support
  • General employee filing
  • Key cards and keys for employees
  • General HR administration

The ideal candidate for the HR Administration role will:
  • Be fluent in both Japanese and English at a business level
  • Have excellent attention to detail and good IT skills
  • Be able to demonstrate a high level of maintaining confidentiality and have a professional outlook at all times
  • Have the ability to work well under pressure and thrive with challenges
  • Previous Administration experience, ideally within a HR environment
