Oak Tree Recruitment are working with a world renowned organisation to recruit for a Fluent Japanese Speaking Administrator with experience of supporting a HR team. This is an exciting permanent job opportunity to work at the companies offices based in Aldgate East, London.
The main job purpose: To Support HR team with HR general administration. To undertake specific programs, projects and research as determined by the HR Manager.
Key tasks of this Japanese Speaking HR Administration role
Overseeing of UK Visas and Immigration Administration for expatriates from Japan including Expatriate moving, Expatriate support for arrival/daily/departure and UK VISAs for expatriates
Recruitment and inductions
General employee filing
Key cards and keys for employees
General HR administration
The ideal candidate for the HR Administration role will:
Be fluent in both Japanese and English at a business level
Have excellent attention to detail and good IT skills
Be able to demonstrate a high level of maintaining confidentiality and have a professional outlook at all times
Have the ability to work well under pressure and thrive with challenges
Previous Administration experience, ideally within a HR environment
