Oak Tree Recruitment are working with a world renowned organisation to recruit for a Fluent Japanese Speaking Sales and Reservations Executive with experience of working within the Freight and Cargo industry. This is an exciting permanent job opportunity to work at the company’s airside location in Heathrow.
The Sales Executive's key responsibilities will include:
Responsible for direct and telephone sales, visiting and maintaining major customers, able to negotiate at Managing Director level and empathise with ground floor staff.
To consult with clients to understand their overall business and specifically their logistics goals, then designing customized shipping solutions based on those needs
To develop sales leads through prospecting activities, be able to conduct face-to-face meetings and deliver impactful sales presentations, and be able to close deals.
Learning the key processes (Flight arrival handling and document distribution) of Import & Export Cargo management.
Working with in house IT systems to ensure smooth handling and give quick responsive action,
Accurate reporting for statistics purpose and accounting
The ideal candidate for the Japanese Speaking Sales Executive will:
Be an excellent communicator with considerable sales, marketing, organisational and managerial skills
Preferably have Cargo sales experience
Be a good team player, flexible with good interpersonal skills, adapting quickly to new environments and able to work efficiently to deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
Hold Full current driving licence
Be happy to undertake Security checks (Airside clearance)
