Job Description

Our Client is a leading demand generation company which delivers results through world-class, multi-lingual and intelligent campaigns across multiple channels.

As an Inside Sales Agent you will be engaging with decision makers, identify the pain points and possible need of the targeted business in order to deliver leads for future sales.


  • Dial outbound numbers and seek to speak to decision makers. Where not established seek decision makers through appropriate questioning.
  • Meet, preferably exceed, campaign targets as directed by your campaign or Team Leader
  • Work effectively as part of a team – informally coaching others as appropriate – to make sure that client targets are met
  • Generate quality leads for our clients – targeting organizations as directed by them, identifying and contacting key decision makers
  • Find out more information about target organizations (enterprise mapping & profiling)
  • Identify new business opportunities with quick win situations
  • Present oneself professionally in client facing situations
  • Lead write-ups which are accurate and of a professional standard
  • Database management – including updating/profiling of company and DM contact details, and completing required analytical information
