Norwegian Speaking Contracts Coordinator

We are currently working with a well-established Information Services Organisation in their search to find an experienced Norwegian Speaking Contracts Coordinator to join their team in Enfield, London. The aim of the role is to support the Sales team by Managing the tenders process from start to finish and providing administrative assistance. The company offers an excellent benefits package including 22 days annual leave per annum increasing with length of service, Pension scheme and health benefits.


Key responsibilities:
  • Proved general administrative support to the Sales team
  • Manage the tenders process by liaising with the sales team and customers
  • Assist the sales team with billing terms/handling charge information
  • Ensure accurate pricing for quotation packages for customers  
  • Create business proposals
  • Liaise with other departments to maintain updated tender responses
  • Contact customers when required to clarify their requirements  
  • Provide reports on activity as required

Key requirements:
  • Tender or Bid writing experience
  • Good financial and business acumen
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Fluent to Native level in Norwegian (written and spoken)
  • Ability to multi task and problem solve
