Job Description


A popular gaming company are recruiting for a Norwegian speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team. The company offers excellent training and a rewarding environment with fantastic opportunities for progression. They can also provide a relocation package for non-UK residents. 

Norwegian speaking Customer Service responsibilities:
  • Handle customer calls ensuring a polite, professional telephone manner
  • Assist with various account queries including, payments, login, verification and betting queries
  • Ensure an excellent standard of customer service
  • Respond to customers via Email and Live Chat


Requirements:
  • Fluent to Native level in Norwegian (written and spoken)
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • An interest in gaming/sports would be advantageous
  • Able to work 5 out of 7 days, various shifts between 7am and midnight (40 hours per week)
