German Speaking -  Business Development Manager 
Senior / International Field Based Sales
Sector: Educational / Environmental 

You will be based in UK or Germany in the Field within commutable distance of airport as 60% travel to Germany
Salary 40,000 but negotiable depending on experience plus benefits (company car with fuel card, laptop, iphone) Bonus/commission negotiable on appointment

Primarily a Field based role in Germany. Germany is currently Europe’s largest cleaning market and presents therefore a huge opportunity for the successful and driven candidate.

Core responsibilities:
Customer care, Account management, Customer support, Sales  Management, Sales control, Business Development, Lead Generation, Product Development, Relationship Management, Sales, German.

Main Duties: 
Developing the company’s market share in Germany
Maintaining, managing and sourcing a portfolio of existing and new distributors
Managing the commercial trading with customers , negotiating trading terms, pricing and agreements 
Completing market research to focus on gaining new business
Working in partnership with distributors to support sales growth
Liaising with Export Sales Manager to develop marketing strategies for Germany and new products
Managing in-country trade events

Previous industry experience attained from waste management or municipal-desirable
Previous experience working in an international & export context
Target driven/results orientated
Strong negotiation skills
Confident, proactive and dynamic personality
High commercial awareness 

The successful candidate would receive lots of support and will have established leads and appointments all set up to get you started! There is a robust induction program that will include travel to key events and core distributors within each territory.
