Senior Customer Care Advisor Tech Help desk support French & English Language
This leading Outsourcing Customer Services Company working on behalf of a Global Technology brand based in Poole Dorset is looking for a team leader. If you are passionate about helping others with a strong Customer Services skills, this position is for you. Looking for a problem solving and troubleshooting individual with a technical background.
Fluent French and English
Consumer sales and team leading
Proficient user in mobile applications i.e. Android OS and Web computing
Ability to manage multiple tasks with good time management skills
Excellent verbal, written, grammar and interpersonal communication skills in French & English
Excellent Telephone, email and verbal communicator with great typing skills
6 months experience working in a customer service role ideally in storage-type products such as Google Drive or Google Photos.
37.5 Hours per week
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00 (flexible hours incl. nights and holidays)
£20,500 per annum plus £1500 KPI bonus opportunity
Successful applicants must be entitled to work in the UK in order to commence employment
