We currently have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic and driven candidates to work as Call Centre Agent’s in our clients vibrant and dynamic contact centre based near Bournemouth, South West England.

Our client is looking for people who are keen to use their language skills in a professional career and who are ready to hit the ground running and start ASAP over the up and coming weeks. 

It is vital that you are fully fluent in both English and Spanish for this role. You will be using your Spanish language skills over the phone and in writing so full language proficiency is essential, both written and spoken communications.  

Your role as a Call Centre Agent will be providing technical support via telephone, email or an online web chat representing the client and ensuring a great customer experience for all, remembering to follow procedures and aiming to hit targets.

Key Skills Required for the Role:

  • Experience of delivering customer excellence or the desire to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Analytical thinker who likes to solve problems
  • Comfortable with technology and relishes new opportunities 
  • Accountable and efficient personality

These positions are full-time and temporary positions but ongoing for a minimum of 6 months. The positions have a competitive hourly rate and offer you the chance to work in an exciting and vibrant environment where you can combine your language skills with a passion for helping others.
