We are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Manager. Our client is a leading provider of research databases, e-journals, magazine/e-books and related services for all types of libraries. The successful candidate will have a sales/Account Management background with experience of selling educational or technology-based products.
Selling digital products (eJournal Collections, eBooks, SaaS) to information professionals, library staff, HR professionals and procurement specialists.
Look for new business opportunities and develop the market sector
Build rapport and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
Maximise sales opportunities
Produce monthly reports
Attend local or national conferences when required
Manage and update the CRM system
Experience of account management and sales
Fluent in Swedish at business level
Confident talking to new and existing customers on the phone
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing (literacy and numeracy skills are essential)
A salary of up to £33k
Commission (paid twice per year)
22 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays. Holiday entitlement to increase with length of service
