A popular gaming company are recruiting for a Swedish speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team. The company offers excellent training and a rewarding environment with fantastic opportunities for progression. They can also provide a relocation package for non-UK residents.
Swedish speaking Customer Service responsibilities:
Handle customer calls ensuring a polite, professional telephone manner
Assist with various account queries including, payments, login, verification and betting queries
Ensure an excellent standard of customer service
Respond to customers via Email and Live Chat
Fluent to Native level in Swedish (written and spoken)
Experience in a customer service role
Excellent telephone manner
An interest in gaming/sports would be advantageous
Able to work 5 out of 7 days, various shifts between 7am and midnight (40 hours per week)
Relocation package for residents who are currently based outside of the UK
